For several years we have worked with Pinebelt and they did a great job. However, in the last couple years, Service has steadily declined. Today was the last time. After having called multiple times about a pick up and being told that someone was on the way to pick up the vehicle, the voice on the other end of the line said "To be completely honest, we don't have anyone that can go pick it up." I told them that they should have been "Completely Honest" and we should have been contacted about it or told this from the start. The guy acted like he could care less. So now for us, we will be taking our business elsewhere. When your professionalism and attention to details affect your customers and their business, you will lose your business!

I don't have any knowledge about the business but commenting on one of their drivers passing through Laurel MS. I'm hauling funeral supplies and like the vast majority of other truck drivers we wear our masks in the truck stops. Well one of PB transportation trucks rolled up to the pumps, and the driver jumps out, and he goes up in the store, without a mask. The store has posted signs on the doors, about a mandatory requirement for everyone entering to wear a mask. He's a young boy with tattoos and a long beard which coincidentally holds millions of bacteria, but I'm guessing he thinks he's young so he's invulnerable. If only he knew how many covid deaths I've seen in people his age and younger. I would think the company would hold their drivers to a higher standard. If the boy has so little regard for the safety of others from a deadly virus then I can only imagine how competent he is as a driver. I'm just not sure if it's a lack of control over the driver while in a company vehicle or the company as a whole doesn't care about participating in reducing the risk of spreading the virus.
