Same experience like other reviewers. Worst experience, worst platform. Chat Support Inefficiency: chat support often redirects to email, which would be fine if the email support was responsive. However, urgent issues go unanswered. Transaction Failures: Transactions sometimes fail. The problem isn't just the failure, but the lack of proactive refunding or reimbursement. I've had to actively chase someone down to report and resolve this. Currency Transaction Issues: Dollar-to-dollar international transactions aren't working as expected. Account Stability: My account was closed suddenly without a clear explanation. It's unsettling to not understand why. Security Concerns: There seems to be some mix-up with accounts and emails. This raises significant concerns about data integrity and security. I believe my credentials may have been compromised due to these mix-ups.

Just up and closed it all accounts for Amazon web services in the US. No explanation after working with them submitting everything they asked for. Extremely unprofessional.

Pingpong holds and steals your money. I have been using this platform for over a year now. And I really regretted withdrawing my money to this pingpong. Firstly, I can’t withdraw money to my bank account, I tried to withdraw it to 3 different accounts in different banks. Banks reject these funds and pingpong charges a $35 fee on refunds. I have already lost a lot of money because of these unsuccessful attempts to withdraw money to my bank accounts. Further, I began to use this money for direct payments of business invoices to suppliers. Payment of these invoices depends on the mood of the pingpong employee who makes these transactions. They cancel transactions and do not allow to pay. I recently made a payment to a supplier via pingpong, it went through, a week later I make a payment to another supplier, the purpose of the payment is exactly the same. They held the payment, began to demand to describe what this payment is for, although everything is indicated on the invoice. I wrote the purpose of the payment from the invoice and the transaction was cancelled. Those are the double standards. Pingpong does everything possible to prevent you from using money, so that you cannot withdraw it to your bank account and cannot pay your business invoices. They simply embezzle your money and use it as they see fit. In addition, they have a lot of fake reviews on trustpilot, I read these reviews, it is clear that they are written by people who have never used pingpong, because they describe functionality that is not provided by that platform. Besides, some reviews say about "fast support replies". Oh really? They reply within a day or more and they reply NOTHING. Like "You can contact PingPong via livechat during working time from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays for the fastest support. For any questions and suggestions during using the service, please contact PingPong's support team in India: -Email: -WhatsApp: -Website: pingpongx .com/in " FIRST OF ALL: What India ??? My account is not related to India at all !! And the reply contains nothing about my issue. Just some copypast from their standard phrases!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE PLATFORM. It is not safe to use them because you lose control of your money. You can't withdraw them and you can't pay, and that terrible support just sends some copypast phrases from India !!!
