I cried after i saw all my stuff on the storage. This is so unacceptable and make you angry after all your house stuff treated this way. I told them so clearly that pls careful all belonging. But still they dont really care. They pack my stuff like a trash with no care. Put bed side table on the top of new washing machine then put box then put plastic totes. Whos in the right mind doing that. I have a China dish since 1942 that mother in law gave that treat like just a trash. All the cabinet has no handles and brackets so devastating. And beacuse they didny empty it so all the stuff inside is fell into the top of everything. So cruel to do this on my stuff. This people is no rigths to stay on this bussiness. All they care is the money but no care in your stuff at all. 😭😢🤬

You can decide. They are bonded, but not insured which means your stuff is not insured. I can replace broken dishes in boxes marked fragile, but the bedroom set is the first time we ever bought new. It was only 8 mos old, and they broke the leg on the nightstand. The sad part was trying to talk to a representative and the way he was disrespectful towards these issues. I don’t have the energy to argue about the items this crew broke.

I have moved several times in the past few years always out of town. This time my experience was great. Pinky's moved my 3 bedroom in tallahassee to Atlanta. Now I mentioned ive moved several times but this is special because I am a first time buyer. No dings, no scratches, no scuffs. If I wanted wrapped they did it. They where quick and some what silent. Thanks Pinkys!!!!! For making my experience a good one.
