We have Used Pinnacle Moving two times now. Both times they were very professional and quick. The owner Daniel is very nice and communicates all cost to you upfront. The moving guys are very fast and so helpful! This last time I called Daniel the day before we were wanting them to do this move for my dad. It was noon on Saturday and he willingly took this last minute move (to Austin) on a Sunday. I highly recommend this company!

Came through in a pinch and moved us across the country for a great price. Everything was handled with care. My antique table, chairs and all my furniture made it 2000 miles with no issues. They were very attentive to details and are very friendly. Avoid those big moving companies (rip offs) and go with Pinnacle.

I NEVER write reviews but I had to write this one because of the great experience I had with Pinnacle. The crew was super fast, friendly and most of all patient. We weren't exactly "ready" for the move. We had some stuff going into storage and some to the new place...AAAAND my wife changed her mind a few times during the move. The moving guys were extremely accommodating and courteous. The owner, Daniel, was accurate with the estimate, had great communication with me and his crew took immaculate care of all our things throughout the move. They also worked their butts off even though it was like 100 degrees outside. Such a great experience. Moving sucks and I won't be looking forward to it again anytime soon. But at least I know when I do, I'll have someone I can depend on to help me.

After a catastrophic experience with another moving company pinnacle put all of our new fears to rest! They were able to work with us last minute and was very understanding of our newfound apprehension. Because of this they took the time to answer our questions regarding the laws, regulations, and insurance coverage that was in place. They were communicative about the time range provided for pick up and drop off, all while we were worried about a potential hurricane making landfall in the same time range! They helped us pick the right size moving vehicle and we never felt like they were trying to upsell us or squeeze money out of us. Those who loaded and unloaded our belongings did so expertly and quickly. While I understand some minor damage is almost unavoidable with a cross country move, we have now unpacked everything and unwrapped all of our furniture and we have found NO damages!

I called last minute to schedule a move. They showed up on time, extremely professional, and worked very hard the entire time. They moved with 5 men and 2 truck into my brand new home. They didn’t damage a single item and even went the extra mile to protect things. The wrapped all of my items in blankets and treated everything as if it were their own. I couldn’t be more happy with my move.
