Literally the best service I could have hoped for. Communicating with James to set up the move was easy and reassured me my items would be taken care of going from Miami to Colorado. Anthony and his coworker arrived within the window and consulted on making sure my stuff was packed very carefully with the utmost consideration. Threw out any extra trash and were very helpful! They finished in 2 hours and were professional and kind. 10/10

I have a lot to say about such a great company but I'm going to keep it short . I worked directly with James the head oversight of my move all throughout the booking process until the day of delivery and him and his team took such good care of my needs as well as my physical property. They handled everything with the upmost care and managed much patience with me even after all my poor indecisive last minute decision making. They showed nothing but great work ethic especially with such a complicated situation we faced during my move due to bad weather delays , yet these boys followed through to their very best effort and didn't let me down one bit during the entire ordeal. Thank you pinnacle I will definitely refer you to my friends and family as well as use you for future moving transportation needs. Tha ks for all the hard work and amazing customer service during my move. Note. All of my furniture was exactly how I had it before they packed it and unpacked it all out. Mint condition not a single dent or scratch or improper handling of my belongings. I appreciate it as much of my furniture is passed from family that is deceased. You guys are amazing keep up great work.
