Hired pioneer transport to move some machinery from La, They weren’t the cheapest company I found but went on a referral from someone who said they were professional. I Made the reservations three weeks in advance to make sure I had no issues with the pick up Because it was a wide load which I explained well in advance, I flew to California to meet the truck and assist with loading. The truck showed up 45 minutes late, looked at the load that we had ready to go, and told us he was going to turn his truck around then he left and never came back. I called Tammy to let her know and she told me that The trucking company would not be hauling the load and she would “try” to find me another truck. I had a crane on site charging me by the hour as well as a Forklift and labor. Tammy basically told me that she would not be able to find a truck to move our load. I ended up calling around and found my own truck and got the machine loaded. All of this cost me over $2000 more than I expected because pioneer transport did not follow through on what they said they would do, I called and asked if they would help with some of my additional costs and was Basically told it wasn’t their problem. I would avoid using Pioneer transport for anything if it all possible, find another reputable company

The Brooker Albert Bruno gave my driver the wrong address to pickup the load. The address that he gave us was for DHL which was the wrong company. I called and email the Brooker Albert which he nevered reply to my email or phone call. The Brooker called me 3 hours later. I told my driver to leave after searching for the company for 2 hours. I do not recommend this company. Very cheap rates and not reliable loads.

I cannot recommend Pioneer Transfer. We used this company to deliver to a secured power generation facility where they committed numerous violations, reported the load delivered even though it was not, failed to clearly communicated with us and missed the delivery date by two days. Based on this experience coupled with the confusion and embrassment it brought to our customer we refused to pay their invoice. Although the company twice agreed to drop the invoice, the company owner, Al call months later making numerous threats. When I attempted to discuss the matter with the owner he was too emotionally unstable to bring the matter to a meaningful resolve. We have banned this company for future use and would advise anyone seeking transport service to seek a more reputable carrier.

Jeff Burke be aware of this guy ! Picked up load on time delivered on time. "receiver didnt see 2nd driver" :)))) deducted 450$ from load ! Stay away from this sad company , plenty other companies to do business with !

This company does not pay. Over 90 days and 5 attempts to collect from both our company and our factoring company. They have on 3 occasions now immediately confirmed they received all paperwork (E-mailed and faxed) needed and when we call a few days later wondering about pay they say "waiting on paperwork". Off to collection agent and small claims. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
