Horrible people. They delivered a 50 pound headboard to a bed and leaned it up against my garage door. Never rang the doorbell, no phone call saying it was going to be delivered, no email notification with tracking and when I went to get my kids off the bus I opened my garage door and the box fell onto the rear bumper of my car causing damage. They won't admit they have pictures from the driver upon delivery and they won't cover the claim. What if that was a child the box fell onto? Completely unprofessional. They are an unsafe delivery service.

Crew showed up to deliver my patio furniture. Upon initial inspection, the box looked like it had been run over multiple times or perhaps it fell of the truck in transit.... The delivery crew was not equipped to lift/move the large box into my garage. The only thing they had was a dolly which proved to be useless. After the arduous process of placing the item in my garage, I was given a paper to sign and the driver assured me that although the box was destroyed, the contents were unaffected as they checked it at the warehouse (LIE). I agreed to sign the form and as the crew prepared their truck for the next delivery in my driveway, I decided to open the box. Inside, the furniture was destroyed. I notified the driver and refused to accept it. Unacceptable service and I believe OSHA should be notified for knowingly exposing their employees to ergonomic hazards. Sams Club should choose another freight forwarding company!

The 2 young men who showed up were great. Problem lies back at the office. They sent 2 young men with a small dolly to move a 450 lb stove up 13 steps, which the young men said they were not told about. When it was all said and done the crew showed up in Enterprise trucks with the small dolly and could not get stove off of truck. This was suppose to be white glove delivery. We had to get stove off of truck, by ourselves, and onto deck. The crew could not get it into the house so, after they left it was our job to do so. The company left us with the high end stove we purchased on the deck and we had to do everything. Never use this company again.

Matt Miller is very friendly and professional! Its not everyday u get good customer service and friendly ppl. The exoerience calling into the office was good too bc they were very kind and then I got a chance to speak w Matt who was off work that day and still took the time to hear what I was calling about!
