I wouldn’t recommend renting from Pitt Property Management and especially not at the Brookfield Apartments complex. Jessica and the other people who work the office are sweet as can be. That’s the only good thing I have to say. They started renovating my whole building and didn’t notify the residents of what was going on. 2 months of non-stop jack-hammering and loud music from the workers later, I find out it’s going to be 18 months until renovations are completed. And the icing on the cake? Turns out the whole building was INFESTED with roaches and the renovations were pushing them into other people’s units including my own. Absolutely disgusting.

When I came to Wesley South 2 years ago, I was dealing with personal issues in my life. I had never heard of this complex, but I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted a place that was low key and private. It was my first real experience in many years living alone. First I met the young man that works on Saturdays and he was awesome. Very professional and attentive to my many questions. Then I met Jessica as she took me through the whole leasing process. Let me tell you that you will not find a more caring, genuine, professional property manger like her. She is very empathic and goes above and beyond anything that anyone would expect in this day and time. I had a very good experience. No place is perfect, but the staff and the apartment were great! I recommend leasing with Pitt Property Management!

Property did not honor their “first come first serve” application policy. Very unhappy & disappointed in the service provided, and the lack of integrity/honor they complied with in regards to their policy. We paid for two application fees as well, totaling to $100. We were the first people to submit an application for the apartment, and pay the fee, and in less than 24 hours they rented the apartment from underneath us to someone else who applied after us.

My experience as a resident of Wesley South (managed by Pitt Property Management) has been great! The management team has amazing customer service and they always take the extra steps to make sure us residents are happy. The maintenance team always responds to work orders in a fast and timely manner. I highly recommend you consider Pitt Property Management the next time you’re apartment hunting! You will not be disappointed!

I never leave reviews but in this case I have to. I cannot say enough nice things about Brookfield Apartments. I moved here four years ago and it’s the best decision I ever made. Jessica is absolutely amazing! Maintenance is amazing!!It’s perfectly situated ,you’re basically five minutes from anything in Greenville. It’s a very quiet apartment complex no one bothers you. It’s very LGBT friendly which means a lot as I’m a transgender woman and my privacy means the world to me.Very diverse group of residents. Highly recommend!!!!!!!
