I had never seen bad brokers like them. i picked you thier Melon load shipper did not loaded properly than 3 pallets got damaged at shipper than broker called me and start saying i will claim on your insurance. than when i reached at my destination location for deliver the load on friday but they said now your load will deliver on Monday and they did not paid me any layower.

Very disappointed. Broker Sean lied about app times, as a result we had to wait for more than 14 hours to get unloaded. More than this he promised to get for us detention but when the time came to pay it, he just said that everything was good on this load and no detention will be paid. We spent extra day for this load and as a result missed our next load. Very irresponsible and careless workers out there.
