Pivotal Car Service was terrific! We live ~2 hours from Boston Airport. Both Bill (the a.m. pick-up) and David (the p.m. pick-up) were outstanding. They arrived on time; David kept a look out for the delays we incurred coming home. It was truly a seamless process, and we would highly recommend this company. Better than leaving our car in the parking lot, better than driving ourselves at 2am. Great Service!!

We used Pivotal Car Service for our trip to Metallica at Gillette Stadium. The owner (Larry) was very responsive, great to work with, and provided an accurate quote. Jim, our driver, was top notch and truly wanted to make sure we had a great experience. 10/10 company if you're looking for a worry free night out.

Wonderful service. Arrived right on time (10 minutes before request). The driver was personable, especially at the early hour. Saves aggravation from having to travel into the city, and the cost of city parking. I intend to use them again.

We have been looking for a car service that is reliable, has comfortable vehicles and knowledgeable, polite and good drivers. Pivotal Limousine is all that and more. Not only was the Cadillac sedan pristine and exceptionally comfortable, our driver, Jim A. Was the best. He got us to our destination on a Cambridge, MA back street near Harvard Square on time, but with little hassle navigating through back streets to avoid the dreaded Cambridge traffic. Pivotal is now our service of choice.
