Platinum Moving was on time, professional and worth every penny. Scheduling with Robert was very easy. He was very helpful and explained all the details and what to expect. Our crew Ryan, Doug and Raven did an outstanding job. We had a lot of antique furniture but they protected our furniture extremely well. No damages and the move was done within the time frame that was estimated. I highly recommend Platinum Moving and will use them again.

Had a great experience with Platinum Movers. Sales rep Rob was informative and knowledgeable but not too pushy which is the main reason I went with them. Able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The movers were very friendly fast and efficient. Helped me with my baby grand piano which is my most prized possession. They did a fantastic job. No damages no problems and our estimate was right on point. Highly recommend.

We purchased a move through Trinity Van Lines who subcontracted it out Bulls Moving who contracted it out to Platinum Moving. Three weeks ago, tomorrow, they called to tell us they were loading our stuff on a truck and that they would contact us the following Monday for an update. Since then they have gone completely silent. They won't respond with any updates or an idea as to when our furniture will be delivered. Trinity has been emailing them as well. Yesterday was 21 business days which is what we were quoted as the latest option but if you read the fine print they have up until 30 business days. We moved to Texas so there are a lot of people moving that we are connecting with and no one has waited this long. Regardless the horrible customer service provided, or in this case NOT provided, is unacceptable. DO NOT trust this company or use them. There are plenty of movers out there that do what they say they are going to do. This isn't about whether or not they should have delivered our stuff by now. This about how you treat the people paying you thousands of dollars...on top of that you are in control of all of their worldly possessions. How hard it is it pick up the phone and advise someone of even an guestimate as to when you might get it? We can't leave town for fear that they will maybe actually deliver our stuff. I could go on but learn from our experience and stay clear.

I couldn't have asked for a better moving company!!! Ryan was very professional and courteous. He explained things to me as he went to be sure I understood what was going on. I was charged the same amount as my quote, in fact they finished in 2 hours! The gentlemen moving my items were kind, friendly and made me feel appreciated as a customer and just a person in general. Wonderful company! I will reccomend them to EVERY person I know getting ready to move!!!

After they packed and left, I noticed they had left behind some items I had asked them to take. They left behind all their trash. When they arrived at my new place they were a month behind schedule and they were short several boxes which contained my tools worth several hundred dollars and also noticed that all my picture frames were broken. I can't believe they are in business. I was on the phone several times with the coordinator Ryan, and got a lot of promises, but fell short without ever calling me back or communicated with me in any way. If you need a mover, do yourself a favor and hire someone professional. Platinum movers are the worst.
