The guy I talked to must be the owner . He gave me a time 12-2 . Movers showed up at 3:10 , they did not break anything , thankful for that . It took them 3 1/2 hours to move my 1 bedroom to across the street and I was charged 548 which was ridiculously. 119 and hour is 328 with 90 fee charging me unnecessary charges . Called the company to get an understanding on the cost . The guy said well you better be glad we showed up and your complaining nobody never complained . So I told him you know what thank you for your services and hung up the phone . This man text my phone talking about I should be bending over for him in the other word not using profanity that I had no class . But he edit his text to where I couldn’t screenshot it . I text him and said ,, “what are you talking about “. Text me back , saying wrong person . I will never recommend them . If the other company truck didn’t break down I would use them and they only charged 285 . My sister had use them and they didn’t even take 3 hours and didn’t over charge her . This company is getting over , .

2.5 stars - fit us in last minute and after they had an issue during the original time, they fit us in first thing the next morning. Grateful for that, however, they broke two mirrors in a china hutch and are offering $10 or to "look in their warehouse" for something to replace it with. The movers were fast, but rushed and did not seem like they were being careful with our walls and floors and furniture. Price was decent but would have rather spent more money for a better company.

Alex and Nick were amazing! Not only did they continuously work hard and fast, but they were super courteous. They were very careful with my furniture and TVs. I highly recommend Platinum Movers to anyone looking for great service. Plus the price was fair.

Booked last minute after the other company cancelled on me. Spoke with Andrew and he had to guys out in about a hour. They did an awesome job and took great care of all my items. Very professional service and would definitely recommend and use again.

My move was so smooth, I would definitely recommend! My movers were Nick and Stephen, they were both really friendly, on time, super fast, but still gentle with all of my stuff. I felt like the price was great given how much service they provided. Thank you!
