I would never send box from pocho Express never again I send box of food and electronics devices and my uncle got the box empty and all my electronics devices disappeared when I went to talk to pocho never were at the store I even call the number never got in touch with him it look like he was hiding from me whe. I finally talk to him he just say he can't do anything to help me so I lost thousands of dollars please don't even bother to send box with his company its doesn't wither it 😔 so dissatisfied 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

I had a very bad experience with them and send a couple of boxes to my family to help them with everything going on. And so much was stolen from all of the boxes I was flabbergasted when I received pictures of the boxes and how empty they were. My Little brother saw the delivery guys putting tape on the boxes right in front of the house.

Thiefs....my mom used them for the first and last time...it took 2 months too get the box and then my dead brothers expensive sneakers and clothes were missing. They had no explanation not even the multiple cell phones my mother sent were delivered only 1. So mad/sad and disappointed with these mf's.

Awful customer service. There is a guy with glasses that sits in the front desk, awful guy, rude. There was a young lady super nice, she did help me out a lot, really nice. Would go back for her only.
