Professional, timely and friendly service! Minnesota to California and it went flawlessly. Every set date/time was met, nothing damaged (even with our amateur packing job) and customer service was great!

Recommendation to improve: 5k POD order was canceled by email on a Friday after 5pm, could not be rescheduled to the following week. Confirmation of materials and forms was never provided and when asking for confirmation from customer service took more than 4 days to get a response. — please track location of the pod and actually respond to specific case numbers.

Excellent service, will definitely choose again if I need to move again (hopefully not too soon, this is not the kind of service you want to become regular!). One useful tip, don't delete the satisfaction email from the manage, you should be able to get one when the container is delivered. I got an annoying issue with the system and none of the agents can solve, guess what, one email to the manager and they will get you to the right person! Shout out to Jim, Market Manager from Burnsville/Eagan MN!

I had a placement issue and the driver told me to call customer service and that he could probably deliver the Pod later in the day once we figured it out. I called within 5 minutes. The woman was very helpful. I set up a delivery for the next day and included a pickup and storage for a month. Got my confirmation email. Within 4 hours I received a cancelation notice. I called and they said we refused the Pod. I told them what happened and that I rescheduled and had the email. I asked for the delivery for the next day since I had set up movers to help load it up for us. He said there was no availability now, and I had to take a later date. That was not possible for us. He would not work with me. I finally had to go with another company. After my husband served 30 years in the navy and us moving almost 20 times and dealing with military type moves with so many complications, this was one of the most extremely disappointing experiences.

Amoral place. Manager is a liar. Will tell you that you 72 hours to clear but really they charge you after 24 hours. Tried to call them, they charged my card and the manager refuses to talk to me because he knew he lied. Stay away from this place. You want a real representation of this place, look at Yelp, they have a 1.8 rating. Milpitas PODS is a scam, do not trust them, they are liars.
