I'm embarrassed on this company's behalf for the LACK of customer service they provide. The lady who answers the phone HUNG UP on me after she YELLED at me and told me they were a professional company LOL what a joke! They canceled my move at 5pm! when arrival was scheduled for 2-3pm. I called at 915am to confirm and she said they would arrive early due to being almost done w the first job. Called her at 315 she said they were on the way. I called back at 415 she said oh they must have stopped for lunch I’ll call them and call right back- she never called me back so I had to call again and finally spoke to TIM… The owner/manager TIM proceeded to blame it on the internet being out most of the day, rain and “it’s just been a bad day” . A courtesy call to inform me of drivers running late or need to reschedule would have been the proper way to handle business. I’ve used this company in 2019 and had a bad experience but thought I’d give them a second chance and assumed it was due to the previous movers just being young/inexperienced. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT use this company!! I wish I would have read these horrible reviews first. Good to know I’m not the only one you’ve hung up on.

Ponte Vedra Movers are an outstanding choice for your move! We were ghosted by our movers and Ponte Vedra movers stepped in the same day and helped us out. The team was professional, hard working and never gave up, until the job was finished. We highly recommend them!
