Pool's did an amazing job with my move! Michael, (Driver / Lead), coordinated both the loading and unloading crews, and was instrumental in making sure my move experience was 5 star all the way. He was VERY attentive to details, and was on top of the move every step of the way. While moving can be stressful, I was relieved to have Pool's handle my move and provide Michael as my driver. The move was completed in about 6 hours total (load / unload / setup). I highly recommend Pool's for your next move. Our long distance move went very smoothly. Everything arrived on-time and nothing was broken. Abby, the move coordinator, was very on top of things. Sergio, the lead mover, along with Carlos and Alfonzo were outstanding. Great communication, prompt, experienced, and kind. The only thing I’d advise is, if you can, have them see your things and home in person so they can troubleshoot any problems. And if by video, be sure they see everything. We were moving most items from one place, which during estimate she saw by video, and 2 pieces of furniture from another place which she didn’t review because it was so little and I didn’t anticipate any problems. From having an in-home estimate from another company I learned that we were going to have to arrange to have a window unsealed so that we could get a couch out. Wouldn’t have wanted to discover that on moving day.

A+. We talked to Allied (Pool's Moving & Storage) first and then got 4 additional quotes for our CA To NY move. We ultimately went back to Allied because their price was competitive and their vibe was trustworthy. Abby especially convinced us. She was clear, honest and prompt in every communication. The on-the-ground teams in CA and NY were professional, fast and careful. Our driver was great and he stayed in communication from departure to arrival. All in all this was a big move for us and Allied (Pool's Moving & Storage) executed brilliantly on it.

Allied was professional and thorough in their estimation process. Our driver (Mark) was fantastic. He was communicative, friendly, and on time or pick up and delivery. Abby was very helpful and quick to answer any of our questions along the way. Overall, a great experience!

Abby was professional and wonderful. Mark and his crew were professional and worked hard to get our belongings loaded up. José was great getting everything unloaded and arranged in my garage so I could still move around and see where everything was stacked. Extreme care was taken with all our belongings. Highly recommend this team for their professionalism, communication, and friendly interactions.
