Great communication and showed up very timely. Everything was going perfect until it came to the completion of the Pool table. The hardware that was taken off for the rails was nowhere to be found. I was willing to go to the hardware store and get new hardware. I did take the rail and the new pocket with me to the hardware store to make sure I got the correct size bolts. They said they could not wait because they had another job. So that left us putting on the pockets and the rails ourselves. We were having a Christmas party the next day so this needed to get done so it would look really pretty for our residence. It took my husband and the handyman about five hours to complete it just because we weren’t familiar with How to put the rails in the pockets on. So I will post pictures of how it was left. And also after it was finished, it did turn out beautiful.

Pool table pro's. Gave me an earlier call to let me know they would be able to come a couple hours earlier, which it was great . Showed up did their thing, and bam it was done. Very professional, Friendly, Two man crew. Thanks guys

Terrible experience. My scheduled appoint was from 1pm-3pm. They did not show up on time and no communication at all. I have to call them at 4pm to check what is going on. They pickup the call and said their crew are still in SF to finish their previous job. They promised to check with their crew again and call me back to tell me whether they can still come on the same day or need to reschedule. But they broke their promise again and never call me back... Such a terrible experience. They call themselves "Pool Table Pros", ironically, they showed zero professionalism.
