Great people to work for. Gave me plenty of miles. If you're willing to work they'll work you. They got me home every weekend. Great pay too. Just at 50 yrs old just couldn't handle the physical demands of strapping and chaining. If they were a dry van or reefer company I'd never left. Caring office staff. (Just watch out for Colby.... LOL). MAY GID CONTINUE TI BLESS ALL OF Y'ALL AT POORBOYS

To the future of who ever thinks about working for this company, I would advise you to reconsider! The company is ran by a VERY unprofessional dispatch (megatron) and very poor management!! Of the many things to complain about I’ll give you a few too think about!! The trucks they have are run down and have repeating issues, (ask me how I know) trucks are not maintained to DOT standards, they are always breaking down, and the mechanics shop (buck horn) does the bare minimum to keep trucks running! Dispatch is very rude and hostile, with a HUGE turn over! In the 7 months I was there, I had seen AT LEAST, 50 drivers! They do not know how to treat drivers and they are very good at making you feel less then! They are notorious for double brokering loads! Megan will always have you lie to brokers to book loads and she will iterally yell at you if you write down any defects on your logs! If your Truck has issues, good luck getting paid for it! They will tell you “paid shop time” then not pay you! (Ask me how I know) Do not waste your time dealing with poor boys/low buck/Baylor holding! They are one company, under 3 names! Absolutely worse company I have ever worked for!!

Great customer service! Very throughout I worked for this company and the management is amazing. Unlike other places that feel like your at work. Here it felt like I was part of the family. I really enjoyed my time working for them. Would recommend highly to others. If your seeking employment, have knowledge of how to operate inside the office or have a class A cdl and drive. I highly recommend filling out an app and working for this amazing team.

Jerry is great! I submitted my resume, I have an associates degree, completed a nationally accredited dispatching course, he immediately gave me a ring. So I did research on the company and found that they’re very reputable and professional. Drivers are fully insured and up to date with compliance. DOT and MC number in good standing.
