Appointment time was at 1400 arrived and checked in at 1200 told me to come back at 1400. Loaded in less than 2hrs, very tight area

Again, one star because I have to…this is a ZERO STAR PLACE!!!! Got here at 9am this morning, everyone that came in AFTER me, was loaded and gone!! They will ignore you, you can’t go in. You have to talk to the guard, who then calls into the whse….It’s 5:30 no one here but me. Still hooked to the dock. This place is the biggest joke if I’ve ever seen one!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

No parking. Working slow. Advice: When u get here park somewhere and WALK to the guard to check in. Because there is no where to park. Most likely you gonna stay for 2-5 hr until they call you and then 2-3 hr they gonna work on you .

This facility had poor service, and they're working only for the white people, all people come after me had left, and I'm sitting here for more than 5 hrs, the supervisor lady is doing a dirty job by discriminating the people of color to left them behind, while loading white people as quick as they arrive.
