Was called by this company stating they would deliver my matress on Saturday. I called to confirm, but was told that day was full and they could do it another day. I was fine with it but when asking what time frame, I was told a 4 hour window and not a specific frame of when to expect them. I was told the drivers would call 30 minutes before and they would deliver my item. I got a time frame of 10am to 2pm in an email and confirmed my order. I woke up before the time of delivery and was meet with the driver at my door a half hour before the delivery time. I asked the driver if they were suppose to call me, he stated nope you have basic delivery and was given my mattress in my door way. Not really sure what is going on, but this company needs to get things in order when telling customers information.

We had such a wonderful experience with Speedy Delivery LLC in Auburn, WA. They adjusted their schedule, delivered the mattress the next day, and came even earlier then they stated. Roya was so nice on the phone and the delivery people, Juan and Manuel, were polite and quick. Thank you!

Zero Stars Do not recommend their movers are dirty and do not take into consideration others property. Speedy Delivery damaged our door frame when delivering furniture for Ashley's Furniture company. Then sent a check for the damage which later was returned by my bank. I never received an apology for the inconvenience of having to cover their check. Definitely not a way to run a business.

My girlfriend moved in with me. The guys (3) were very kind and respectful. I just didn't realize how much stuff my girlfriend has. But it's so worth having her with me.

If I could give negative stars I would! I've been waiting for my furniture delivery that I bought through Ashley Furniture. They finally delivered my recliner after delaying it to the next day. They drug water and dirt into my home and just threw my recliner in and it was not put together properly. They left and drove over my neighbors landscaping doing damage. They were supposed to deliver my couch the next weekend and canceled at the last minute. They are unprofessional and I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again due to them using this company.
