I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Pacific Power Logistics (PPL), and I feel compelled to share my thoughts for the benefit of others considering their services. Unfortunately, my encounter with their customer service—specifically with a representative named Zack—was deeply disappointing. From the outset, I found the level of professionalism at PPL to be lacking. Zack's approach was not only unhelpful but downright confrontational. In what I can only describe as unprofessional and shockingly inappropriate behavior, he resorted to sending threatening text messages to my client. This kind of conduct is entirely unacceptable in any business setting and raises serious concerns about the company’s internal practices and customer service training. Good customer service is crucial in logistics, where communication and reliability are key elements of success. Sadly, PPL not only failed to meet expectations but also left me feeling unsettled and frustrated. It is hard to trust a service provider that treats clients—and their representatives—this way. Given my experience with Zack and the overall atmosphere of unprofessionalism that I encountered, I cannot recommend Pacific Power Logistics to anyone. There are plenty of other logistics companies that prioritize customer care and professionalism. I urge anyone considering PPL to think twice and explore other options that value their clients and foster a respectful and supportive environment.
