We do not recommend this company! We were overcharged on our cubic feet by well over $1500! The deceit started with the broker then to the initial movers then to the trucking company and finally to the the trucking company that delivered our home to the final destination. Our valuable items were packed into a truck, unpacked and put in a storage unit in Fort Lauderdale, then packed again into a truck and may have even been moved AGAIN causing many items to be severly damaged. Dented furniture, broken headboard, cracked glass/frames. The driver who delived our home to our final destination did not speak any Enlish, smelled bad and was hungover. The young man that assisted in unpacking the truck agreed that the total cubic feet was no way, even after measuring, over 1100 cubic feet. We were charged for far more than that and we feel we were overcharged by $1500 and with many items damaged. The truck was not full and several items lay loose on the floor.

Spoke with Ernest in order to book a move for my girlfriend the next day. Stressed the importance of move taking place at the scheduled time. Ernest assured me that movers would arrive between 8 and 9am the following morning. Needless to say, they were a no show. I text Ernest and made several attempts to contact him by telephone, I could tell that he began to send both our calls to voicemail. This is the most unprofessional outfit I have ever encountered and would not recommend them to move a doghouse. Avoid at all costs.

Ernest with Precision Movers TOOK MY DEPOSIT AND NEVER SHOWED UP!!! This is a real review! If you need dependable movers DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! They have ignored my calls, took my money, and never showed up! I called and I had to dispute the fees with my bank! I am a single mother and they left me struggling to find movers the day of my move.

I hired this company to move me from Atlanta to Duluth. The two men showed up uniformed and worked rather quickly. They handled my furniture with care and did not hit walls or anything. The owner was always available to any questions and called to make sure everything was okay. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because at one point, one of the movers was just giving boxes and stuff off the truck to the other guy to take up by himself, which seemed to slow the process. But as soon as I told him we needed to finish this process up, they got it done quickly.

My husband and I booked Precision Movers via U-Haul to help us load a truck in Macon for a cross-country move to Arizona. Lo and behold when we began unpacking in Arizona, we discovered the extent of the damage to our belongings, furniture, and everything else. They put pieces in like a terrible jigsaw puzzle, didn't properly wrap our furniture - leaving much of it scratched or bent. They also neglected to add any padding between our things and the truck door (common sense - our helpers on this end were pretty appalled at how they had "packed" things). They obviously did not care, couldn't be bothered to take any precautions to protect out things. Save your furniture (and yourself the grief) and look elsewhere for movers.
