Our moving team, Zack, Nate, and Kobe, did a great job. They made sure our furniture was moved carefully and worked with us to get our storage shed emptied, too. The only reason I can't give five stars is because during the estimate, I was told that our treadmill wouldn't be a problem to move as is, but then on the day of the move I was told that I was supposed to have had it disassembled ahead of time. I had to call a family member over to disassemble it in a hurry, which was an unwelcome surprise. I do appreciate that they worked to secure a second truck to transport it, and they did move it once it was disassembled, though. Overall, a good experience, just needed a bit more communication between the person doing the estimate and the actual moving team. I would still recommend them.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ryan was the supervisor of our original person who helped set up the move. I did a FaceTime call with Ryan to get an accurate quote for the move. After the call, I texted him to include our workout equipment and he responded stating he would update it. Fast forward to loading day. The guys they hired to load our furniture and boxes were horrific! They did not take apart any furniture just put it in the truck, stuff was tossed into the back of the truck. It looked like my 11 year old loaded the truck. They didn’t have enough room on the truck so they had to come back The next day. Next day comes and they’re late by over an Hour. THEY STILL DIDN'T TAKE ALL OF OUR STUFF! Now they’re telling me that it’ll be a whole New order and can’t come back for at least 4 days when I have to be out of our home for the final walk through by 4:30 PM. Nobody will answer their phones when I call-they decline my call and send me straight to voicemail. I know this is happening because I’ve used my Sisters phone to call them and they answer. Ryan is passing the buck to someone named Drew and Jon and neither one of those people will get back to me. Absolutely horrible.

Would recommend! When calling to get a quote and booking my move, lady from the office was very helpful and great to talk to. Also the team of movers were very respectful and careful with my items!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! I got a moving quote from Brian on 4/19 of $2010 and 346 cu. ft. based on the inventory I gave him. Later that day, we updated my inventory , and the new quote was $2101 and 364 cu. ft. I was told that John would take over from here. John texted on 4/28 ( the day before pickup) to request a video of my inventory, which I sent. His estimate was $4992 and 900 cu. ft. and the inventory was still the same except for two tvs I added. And the inventory list was still incorrect. While I was trying to get a correct inventory, a representative from the movers called to confirm pickup on 4/30 which I said was the wrong day. She promised to call back on 4/29 as did John. I couldn’t confirm pickup since the date was wrong and the inventory was not complete. They both called on that day, but it was after my things were to have been picked up. I canceled and lost $600. I called customer service twice to ask why the estimates were so far apart but they haven’t called back, so I am left with just my side of the story. I feel I was manipulated with a low first estimate and hit with an estimate of more than twice the original just before pickup. I felt rushed. Soooo READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THERE ARE LOTS OF HIDDEN FEES THAT THEY DON’T MENTION so they lie by omission. For example, there is a $450 fee if they can’t pull a tractor trailer truck up to your house. And there is a fee for every flight of stairs (8 steps to a flight) that they have to carry your stuff and a fee if they can’t get the tractor trailer truck within 75 ft of your door. Also, if the movers change your inventory, there is a number you must call before you sign anything so it is important to get the inventory correct before they get there. And, it didn’t appear that Brian or John had any knowledge of their own TERMS AND CONDITIONS! Good luck.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I would not under any circumstances recommend using this company to ship an item. We called them to ship a music instrument, and they quoted us a very low price. After we sent them a $600 deposit, they then told us that they do not ship musical instruments, do not provide insurance for them, and if we wanted to ship the instrument we would have to hire a third party custom box making company and pay thousand(s) of dollars more. When we tried to get the deposit back, they have no customer service, and their telephone line is a dead-end leading to no help from anyone! The original person we contacted told us to call customer service, and there is nobody to help. We may have to take this to small claims court and we are very busy people. One of the largest headaches in dealing with a company I've ever had. Unbelievable in today's day and age that this kind of service can exist.
