If I could rate this one 0 star, I would. I don’t know why Best Buy could hire this third party for installation. Very unprofessional not even care what a customer say. Just a simple microwave top over the range installation conversion from a hood. The guy wanted to charge extra $160 just to drill 2 holes on the wall and the top for the vent which Best Buy already charged me $200. Is this a rip off? How they got contracts with Best Buy they don’t even want to work on the installation. Garbage!!!

I had an extremely unsettling encounter with a driver from Premier Logistics & Transportation. The driver, operating a vehicle with the license plate 82173G2, exhibited highly disrespectful and aggressive behavior. While navigating through traffic, this driver not only maneuvered dangerously but also followed me into a gas station. Despite clearly seeing my reverse lights and hearing my honks, he purposefully tailgated and blocked me, preventing me from safely reversing my car. His intention seemed clear: to be obstructive and intimidating. This level of rudeness and aggressive conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. Such behavior should not be tolerated and needs immediate attention.

They came out and did a site assessment measuring for the install. They came out to install and cut the hole to large and told me I could just get a trim kit.
