I ran here to give Premium Q their well-deserved 5 stars. We just moved just this weekend but I did not want to wait to give my review. My brother used Premium Q for his move and said he had a great experience. We had a fantastic experience. From the booking, and emails to the big move day, everything was seamless. Day of, our three movers (Gary and two colleagues - sorry forgot their names) arrived early and got right to work. They were so efficient, fast, EXTREMELY hardworking, polite, and professional - just really nice guys all around. They wrapped/moved a tv or couch in minutes where it would've taken us forever. They exceeded all my expectations. Price was really reasonable as well. I can't recommend them enough.

My wife and I had a great experience with Premium Q. We were preparing to move to a new apartment, and they came recommended by a friend. First off, I had a great phone call with Victor, who was super kind and courteous on the phone. He gave me a full breakdown of how the move would go and a breakdown of costs. He truly made me feel like he wanted me to have a good experience and wanted to save me money. The movers were very nice and friendly. They moved so quickly that they finished an hour and a half sooner than I was quoted. They even made a suggestion on how we should arrange the master bedroom. They followed all of the rules that the respective buildings had for movers. Past movers we have hired have gotten us in trouble for breaking moving rules even though we told them about the rules, they broke some of our belongings, and they just put everything wherever they wanted in the new home instead of asking for our preferences. Premium Q gave us a totally different experience and at a more affordable price.

Bad experience, furniture damaged. I had the company help to move furniture from apartment to a storage. It was scheduled from 12pm to 4pm. But they came at almost 7pm. Since the public storage closes at 6. I was forced to store my furniture at their storage at 225/mo. I asked the manager Josh if there is any compensation for that since this is caused by late arrival and other storage places only costs about half the price. On the phone, he said ”Well, you don’t have other choices”. Now it makes me feel more that they came late intentionally to lock me up with their storage rental and return schedule. This happened on Jan 27th. When I am returning to Boston and schedule the delivery to my place on May 26th, I noticed that 2 pieces are damaged. My white leather bed have a lot of mole dots on the headboard. And my lifting table no longer works. The mover told me they will call me for solutions but I never get a call. Please schedule with this place with consideration…

The team that initially moved my items from my home to storage were quick and made the process seamless. My items were safe and sound during the 12+ months I used their storage facility and made the process easy when I chatted with them regarding moving my stuff down to Florida. Their coordinator gave me a great quote for the move and the team quickly got my items moved. The team is meticulous and cared for my items as if they were their own. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing storage or any local or interstate move!
