Brought my car in for a repair after being rear-ended. I’m very pleased with the result as they got it done in four days, and it was waiting for me when I came to pick it up, washed, waxed, and looking brand new :) the job was simpler than others, but the atmosphere gave me the sense that the staff were a good team, knowledgeable, and pro at car repair. Although the receptionist tasks took a back seat to their car work, I found no huge issues. Highly recommend!

I've been bringing my cars here and those I've rear-ended for over ten years. I have always received impeccable customer service and work. This time around I had an issue with someone at the front desk. He was rude and communicated poorly. I was worried that this was not the same excellent shop I had experienced many times before. After driving to the shop 3x to pick up my car and getting the run around from this kid, I finally spoke with Laura who is so sweet and the owner, Art. Art apologized and displayed that excellent customer service I am use to. He and Laura restored my faith in the shop and will continue to have me as a loyal customer. The work that was done is flawless.

My car was side-swiped while parked and has damage along the entire side of the car. I was beyond upset at what happened to my beautiful car. Prestige gave me a loaner car which I was very grateful for. I’m a teacher and I needed to get to work and I only have one car. Prestige restored my car like new. It turned out great. I could not be happier with the outcome.

This is a pre-work review. 4.5 rounded up. The people have all been friendly, communication has been pretty good and it was easy dropping off my car for repairs. The lost half star is for the absolute clusterfluff that is the parking lot. There are half a dozen auto work places sharing it and there is NO ROOM, not even to stop and talk to someone. If you stop, you're going to be blocking the tiny lane. Driving around it is discomfiting because it's so freaking tight. I don't see how they could improve it, honestly, but it's something to keep in mind.
