Disappointing Service from Prestige Auto Carriers I used Prestige Auto Carriers recently and was deeply disappointed with their service. The delivery was significantly delayed, which caused major inconvenience. Communication was poor throughout the process, with little to no updates or responses to my inquiries. Despite the car arriving in good condition, the lack of professionalism and respect for deadlines makes it hard to recommend them. There are better carriers out there who actually value their customers’ time and provide reliable service. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company—they clearly don’t care about delivering on their promises. The delivery was excessively delayed, and the driver, Danny, was utterly unresponsive. Not once did he provide any updates or answer my calls, leaving me in a constant state of frustration and uncertainty. The lack of communication and professionalism was inexcusable.

Terrible customer service have not done one thing they promised driving yelling at my husband didn’t pick car up at house and to go meet the driver . Called several times with no resolution .we still don’t have our car and with a call them saying they have truck problems ! Would not recommend this company as they lie and make so many excuses for poor service and customer service …we even offered to go the 3 hours away to get the dam car and oh we can’t do that it’s stuck in the truck so I hope the 8 cars that are on their leave a review also .never offered to discount the fee and I explained took off work to be here to receive the car. DONT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!!!!!!!!still we don’t know when we will get the car !

Still waiting for a vehicle that was supposed to be delivered on 5/6. They changed the date on the status to 5/7. Called twice today and left messages, no response. Wife finally got through was told tomorrow (5/8) afternoon, no specific time, couldn't explain why. Stay away, not worth it. Should have just driven it myself.

Prestige did a great job transporting my jeep from FL to OH. Dispatcher was friendly and helpful. Curt the driver was also great. Would recommend.

Great customer service and a great company! He brought the car down perfectly and with no scratches or dents! Plus he was great at helping us with our car transfer. I was running late on the meet up time and he patiently waited for me to come. Great company if you want your car transfer easy and fast! Will be using you again. Thank you 🙏🏾
