We moved from SoCal to Oregon in July, the hottest weekend of the month. When we first called for a quote we were treated with respect. We did use a video chat to go over what we wanted moved and then received our quote. We did go over the box limit and paid a bit more but it was reasonable. After reading several reviews we decided to not move old furniture and cleaned out a lot of items to repurchase for the new home which was a better solution. Time and money saving way to go. Moving crew from old home were great and fast even with the heat wave that hit but we provided them with Gatorade, water and snacks. Then, delivery was a breeze and they were great with making sure all items went to the appropriate areas. A couple items were a bit damaged but the insurance company helped with that. We had items that we were concerned could be damaged with moving but they were wrapped with care and made the trip! No boxes were lost. We are all human and if you want special or priceless items to make the trip take them with you like we did, if possible. After watching the movers load and unload the truck we did give them an monetary tip to grab some lunch on the way to their next load. :) They work very hard. Thank you Presto and the many people who were involved to make this happen. Kudos to everyone!

We would highly recommend Presto Logistics for inter-state moving. They have excellent customer service. We recently moved from CA to NC and all things went as planned and smoothly. There were no hidden fees or surprises. Henry visited and gave us in-house quote/ estimate which was almost similar to what we paid at the end. He was very accommodating and super helpful with our move and respond in timely manner. Special shout out to Zek who convinced me to choose Presto and I'm glad I did. He replied to all my question, messages and was very helpful. The truck drivers Martin and Billy were also very nice. At pick up they showed up before 6am, which was a bit early but with his team of 4 movers they did their job in less than 2 hrs. At unloading in NC, there was only 1 helper with the driver because of which it took a bit longer, that's fine.

My husband and I used Presto to move from California to Oregon and our jewelry was stolen by the movers. We contacted them 5 business days after the delivery as soon as we realized it was missing. It was rings that was in ring holders that was on dressers the movers were moving things into. They even took my engagement ring but left my wedding band (and a designer ring too so clearly knew the most expensive things on there). It's really disappointing that you let people into your house, make them coffee as they move things in and this happens. When we called them they said there is no way one of the movers would have stolen anything but they would look into the other one and call us and no surprises they never called us back! Absolutely devastated to have an experience like this and would not recommend moving with them.

Kindest people you can find. We went through a broker and a carrier service was assigned. I think our stuff was passed onto couple of companies as it was a cross country and these guys were the carriers for the final leg. Their service was top notch, and were very professional about everything. From neatly stacking the boxes to assembling of furniture properly, they made sure the floors were not getting scratched. We really liked them and will recommend them to all our friends. Avoid going through a broker. Just call them directly. Cheers!
