No call to verify anyone would be home to receive it, other than a half coherent 30min call prior to arriving(which no one was home) so they just left my matching leather coach & loveseat in a torrential downpour with zero cover!🤯 12/10/22. Then all of the male phone operators at Price Coomer called me dog, completely unprofessional, there was one lady that earn her paycheck from this company but I forget her name! ZERO STARS 👎👎 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Appointment set for between 8am-8pm. My husband stayed him from work, and nobody showed up, not even a phone call. He called, and they said it wouldn’t fit on the truck that day and we could come get it… it’s a 500lb piece of exercise equipment. Obviously he told them we couldn’t do that, so they set an appointment for today from 9-2. Walked outside at 9am, and it was sitting halfway down our driveway with nobody in sight. They claim it was curbside drop off and that nobody needed to sign for it. If that was the case, why was an appointment needed and why was there a form on the side of the package that said “before you sign for your package?” This is a pathetic excuse for a delivery service.

I can not believe they are in business and companies use them . I purchased mattress and boxspring through J C Penney 6 weeks ago . I have been called three times and told delivery dates and times. I have taken off work . No one returns calls . They are rude and unprofessional and dont seem to care. In all of my years Ive never seen this sort of business. I paid 1600 for mattress and white glove delivery. This am my neighbor let me know they were propped up against my house! No phone call or acknowledgment. This is hard to even believe someone in the customer service would be so unprofessional and basically not care ! This will be taken to BBB and anyone I can share with

They have held my order for over a month and will not get back to me. I am not so sure someone at this company has taken my couch home with them. The most unprofessional liars I have ever been in contact with. This company should be completely terminated, let alone management had the audacity to cuss at us because they’re “training” and only have 1 person working for a month. I have threatened to sue and now that I know which company this, i’ll likely be going through with it. What a disgrace. these people have no morals.

Zero stars if that was an option. I’ve taken off work 3 different days over the last 3 months for a sofa delivery I still have not received. The delivery is always scheduled with nothing but a text saying it will be delivered the next day within a 4 hour window and I have to be home to sign for it. I take off work and then no one ever shows up and will not answer phone calls. Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I still have not received my couch
