I sent 9 boxes and 1 tank to my parents in the Dominican Republic… they opened the tank and took half the contents… they delivered the boxes opened with items missing and the boxes wet with mold…. Worst company I have ever had deliver to my parents… the delivery guy in the Dominican Republic was rude and disrespectful to my elderly parents. I lost a total of over 2,000 in items stolen and 1200 that i paid in delivery that was treated like garbage. I would never recommend or use this company again.

Fast and easy services Ernesto came over picked up my barrel and many boxes and gave me all the information that I needed to relay my family receiving my packages. Will try again soon.

I sent my shipping on 6/29/2021its 8/9/2021 and family still haven't received the boxes. I called numerous times and luis the supervisor would give different dates the secretary can't provide me with any information . Luis was very rude speaking to me and told he doesn't care that's not his problem . Never again. Called dominican republic and the secretary over there can't provide me with any update as well

I wish I could give them a zero star it's the worst place to do business with. If you call for information about what time their are going to pickup your shipment nobody knows, their employees always lies to the customers ( I'm new here, This is a new system, blah blah blah ). Don't waist your money, time and patient with this people.
