Our team was Leo and Tommy. They arrived on time (a good start here on the island ). They introduced themselves and did a good survey of what we needed to be moved. I explained that most of the furniture was over 100 years old and was very delicate. Leo, the team leader, acknowledged this and he and Tommy took extraordinary care in thoroughly padding and preparing our furniture. I couldn’t have been more pleased. They worked quickly and wasted no time. They were professional and polite, and their truck and equipment were clean and very organized. I was really impressed at the leadership displayed by Leo, he looked after Tommy, his younger partner, and mentored him with pointers and advice. All in all, a great experience and I recommend this organization and these two individuals in particular without hesitation. A great bargain.

First and foremost I want to thank Zeke, Tommy, and Sam for an excellent moving experience. Couldn't have done it without them. They were fast, experienced, and professional. I had difficulty contacting the main office to take care of furniture that was damaged, but Leonardo eventually called me and explained that they were temporarily short staffed which was contributing to a minor delay. Leonardo was professional over the phone and we were able to work things out and get reimbursed. If I move again, I will be reaching out to Zeke, Tommy and Sam at Prime Residential Movers again. 5 stars!

Thank you to Leonardo and Tommy for all your help with our move!! I highly recommend Prime Residential movers!! So professional, kind and courteous. Again, I highly recommend this company to anyone who has an upcoming move. I will definitely work with this company again if I have another move in the future. They moved all our heavy furniture by taking it apart and putting it all back together. They put the furniture back in the new house beautifully. Thank you again for everything and to everyone who works at Prime Residential movers.

Quoted for 3 hours but ran overtime 2 hours. One of the crew was first day on the job. The team lead had to slow down to train the new member. He dropped the nightstand due to careless, damaged to the wall and the nightstand.

We more than satisfied with Leonardo and his team. When we interviewed Leonardo for our long distance moving we knew that he and his team were the company that we was waiting for. We checked every movers company in Ocala but Leonardo had everything that we were looking for. He and his team are knowledgeable, puntual, patience, respectful, cortious, and they take in consideration their client's needs. At the end of the moving we felt like we were saying goodbye to our two sons. They are the best. I highly recommend Leonardo from "Prime Residential Movers. I have to mention the second young man that came with him. He always had a big smile on his face and he was full of good energy. He was always willing to help in any ways. He was very respectful with us and his leader Leonardo. We are very happy for there job were done. Nothing missing, broke or damage. 👍 Good job!! We need more young man like you guys.
