Solid hotel with friendly staff and great location. Front desk greeted me immediately upon walking in and the check in was prompt and completed within a few short minutes. The room was clean with microwave, mini fridge and coffee in room. The location is right off of major routes with easy access to public transit, attractions and food/supplies. Parking was easy and inexpensive and they have a guard patrolling for safety. Solid accommodations and good value for the price.

Clean rooms and very good service. The pet fee is also reasonable. This hotel is definitely a bit dated, but still a good accommodation. My only complaint is that they charged for parking. There is ample parking, and it is all above ground so I did not see the justification for the charge.

Close to the SJ airport and convention center. However, the location surrounding the hotel doesn't look safe at night. Homeless encampment within 100ft. They do have a guard at night patrolling the parking lot which is outstanding. Service is above average here for a Holiday inn. They do service dinner 5pm to 10 pm, in addition to breakfast. I spent a week at the other holiday inn a few miles from here and would definitely return to this one.

Good location. Great customer service. Take note shuttle service starts at 5am. Reason why I got this hotel was because of shuttle service but didn't think it started wat 5am. Idk if other hotels are that way but now I know to ask what time it starts because if you have a flight at 6am you won't have plenty of time to be fidgeting around especially with 4 kids with you. I think Gio was good name but he helped us get a taxi. I hated paying $25 for it though because the shuttle service is suppose to be free and they should offer that earlier. Also, the room felt clean. Only problem was the toilet had pink in it. And there are hazards in the room like the drawer handles are sharp and bed frames have very sharp corners. The pool was a good added bonus as the kids always enjoy it. That was another reason for this booking. Inside of hotel is very clean with clean smelling scent. The outside doesn't look like what you would expect the inside to be. Pictures as expected on reviews. The beds are comfortable although small since it is a full.

The service from arrival to leave was amazing. They are the most polite customer service folks I have dealt with on my travels. The food at the bar is really good along with the drinks selection. It can get a bit noisy however I would trade that for all the positives. There are some good restaurants outside the hotel as well within a few minutes walk.
