Beware a broker that doesn't have own trucks On June 11th theypicked up my truck where pretty much on time which was good but that's where the last good thing happened. When they picked up the truck both the broker and driver where informed of a slow leak on the tire I was told no problem we will air it up before unloading. So its now June 24th the date was supposed to be at NOVA SOCITA I call repeatedly for 3 days NO RESPONSE on Thursday July 27th I get pictures of the truck saying it's fine but they show the hoods been damaged and the tire has been drove off the rim that they say I am now responsible for. I repeatedly call and .essayed from the 27th till July 5th no response they won't even tell me where the truck is. On July 10th I get a message that they where going to load it but couldn't because of the tire. I lose it and say why isn't that fixed and then get told it's my responsibility so I make 3 calls and have it fixed that day at a 400 cost to me. They still won't tell me where the truck is and they make the tire guy go through them to fix it then they dodge my calls till July 17th and then let me know I am responsible for shipping it the rest of the way and now are responsible for storage fees for the truck in Montreal but still won't give me the address. On July 20th I have a new driver to pick it up but they won't give me the adress and want payment before giving me any information. I had to call the RCMP and the lot and eventually got the truck released to another driver on July 26th So they had my truck from June 11th till July 26th that's 55 days with almost no contact be very careful using these guys I will be seeing them in court for the costs I injured fixing the truck and recovering the truck from montreal

Extremely happy with the service they provided to move my car from Calgary to Vancouver and it reached there within two days. They also helped to move it from terminal to home address. I have noticed negative reviews only after sending my car and was bit confused after that. But car with 220 lb luggage reached on time and safely. Lily was so helpful throughout the process

I promise you, this is the biggest scam transport company you can ever use. It was 3 weeks late , throughout the way, the girl Lilly, was rude, never gave me a proper time, always lied, changed prices along the way, never wanted to give me a receipt, shes literally a scam artist, never gave me the drivers phone numbers to call, she constantly ignored me for days she even agreed that she lied to me about it just to get business. seriously stay far away, or just expect to get your car 3 weeks later

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! terrible customer service, they told me my vehicle would be in Calgary between 3-5 days I didn’t receive it until 2 weeks after. No remorse no single apology for the delay and no communication about it. I’d call them multiple times and they won’t respond and they won’t call back liars!!! I regret ever having anything to do with them. I told them I wanted proof that my vehicle was in Calgary before making payments and they made sure to hold my vehicle and didn’t send me proof till I sent the money before sending the address for pickup. Overall had a very unpleasant experience with them and would never advise anyone to do business with them.

The proprietor of this business is rude, completely lacking in customer service and experience and generally callous. Her mouth is reckless, she is very money hungry. Not at all focused on delivering value for money. She said my car would be delivered in 3-5 days, it’s been over 2 weeks with no word. If you need an auto shipping company DO NOT USE princess auto transport. Your vehicle will not get to you on time, they will be unresponsive to your calls and texts and other communications and they will lie and denigrate you when they eventually deem you worthy of a response. Horrible experience, wish I could leave a 0 star review here but it isn’t possible. Worst experience of 2024. Prospective customers do beware.
