This is a great ambulance transfer service. There are many in Houston given all of our city's medical facilities, but we have used Priority time and time again for our elderly family members with mobility issues. Their drivers are extremely thoughtful and careful with patients. Their ambulances are clean and well-maintained. We used this ambulance company for my elderly mother-in-law who could not drive or walk to reach her doctor's appointments. They showed up and got her to her appointments on time and helped her move about safely during the entire trip. We have been extremely satisfied with their service, and I would recommend them for you and your loved ones without a second thought.

I have been using Priority Ambulance since my daughter was in a car accident in 2005 after she was discharged from the hospital. I’ve never trusted and relied upon anyone like I have John and Aaron. There’s been times I couldn’t make a doctor’s follow-up with my daughter, but I knew I could depend on John or Aaron to be with her, relay the information to me and the facility as if she was a member of their own family. After all these years, they have become family members and I don’t use anyone else but Priority Ambulance. They’re the best!

We would definitely recommend Priority for transfer service. They did an awesome job with transferring our mom to her dialysis treatments for over 7 years. They treated her with delicacy and respect. The guys that work there are awesome and treated my mom like family and always looked out for her. They are like family to us. They are kind, professional, courteous, and willing to work around your needs.
