I hired them to move appliances which they said they did. And then they subcontracted the labor to someone else. These guys showed up without an appliance dolly, no materials to protect the appliances and one of them was wearing flip flops. They were not prepared and then asked for additional money to do the job. They moved NOTHING and kept my deposit. Worst experience ever with a moving company. Do not hire them.

I would leave Zero stars if possible. Do Not Use this company, their phone number does not work, their office is abandoned. They do not show up on time, or respond at all in a timely manner. We scheduled for movers to unload our moving truck. Arrival time was between 8 and 10am. We could not get ahold of anyone through email or phone call, nobody was in their office. I was already halfway done moving myself when the movers finally arrived unannounced at 1130. They worked for 1 hour and we were charged for 3. They even had the audacity to ask for a tip after such abysmal service!

Where do I begin. The one star was because the movers were respectful, and they were not rude. I am completely dissatisfied with the service we received. They were slower, I made the move extremely easy and was moving from one community literally to the next community on the same street less than 3 miles away.I truly believed they moved slower so they can get paid more. On top of I had to delay my closing turnover to the new property because they showed up so late. Which cost us more money. When they called and asked the size of the tv and asked if I had a box, which I paid extra for a box. They ended up wrapping my tv in MY!!blanket lol. Although I paid an extra 10.00 for the box to move my tv. One driver showed up in his own truck and introduced himself then the truck pulled up to move. The truck was not professional looking it had words stripped from it. For how much we paid for this move I am extremely disappointed. My move was on 9/15/23, and I was so angry i had to take some time to calm down before I made this review. I would never ever ever hire this company again, and I would not recommend the company to anyone. After reading the reviews now I wish I would of never hired them. Micah seemed amazing he kept following up with me and he assured me my move would go smooth. What I paid for was definitely not what I got. My move was way to small and close for what I paid and poor quality.

Stay away from them!!! They charged our credit card twice for the service and never refunded it. We tried to dispute it through our credit card company, but whenever they do investigation, they and their credit card processing company (Square) claim that it was a valid transaction. When talking with us they say they would either refund it via check, or they will clarify it through Square, or that Square has already charged them for refunding it to us, but they don't provide any proof. Whenever we call the office we are talking to a person who cannot help and says that they conveyed the message to the owner. When talking to the owner he never can help on the spot, but says that he is not in the office or he needs to check something in the system. But never comes back, never calls back, we need to keep calling. Sure, mistakes such as wrong charges happen, we are all just people. But the way they are handling this situation is completely unprofessional both from communication and results perspective. It's been almost a year since the move and we've been talking to them for months without any success. It starts looking that they just want us to give up without being refunded
