Will not be using them again. Arrived 42 minutes late. The two guys were nice enough, but did not seem like professional movers and I have moved many times. They did not wrap/protect any of my furniture in plastic except one desk. One of the guys had a body odor problem when he first showed up, and was sweating profusely all over everything throughout the move. He was not wearing gloves the entire time and left dirty, greasy fingerprints on a lot of my stuff. I am going to be wiping all my furniture down. Other movers I have used have been very careful and wrapped all large furniture items in plastic wrap. I feel that not enough care was taken in moving my items. One of my small tables did have a little gash on it, also.

This is the worst moving experience I have ever dealt with. With me getting older I needed a moving company who could pack and unpack my 1 bedroom apartment. I moved from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor. The movers were supposed to be at my apartment at 8am, they arrived at 9am. I helped them pack up my place also, to help the process along. I told them to put boxes in my new place in specific places, they put boxes anywhere and everywhere. Omar (moving guy) was just standing around talking about "he needs a break, he deserves it. He's been working hard after he came from moving someone from out of state". I still can't find certain items in my apartment. DO NOT USE THEM, I COULD HAVE USED THE DAY LABOR PEOPLE BETTER. At least they would have followed instructions. They were NOT worth the $1400 I had to pay.

This company really did damage to my bed, lost a nob from a fan I bought from a Swedish company making it inoperable, didn't wrap any furniture AT ALL, (thank God, I had wrapped the majority of my stuff myself), they shredded my portfolio handle, completely rolled a dolly over my bed & left greasy fingerprints all over it. One guy took my mattress down the stairs & then leaned it against a dirty car. They gouged my bed. The owner only offered to discount the service $50 & then after I had to put my foot down he offered me a measly $100 off the service & sent someone to my apartment with furniture markers to "fix" the damage (see photos with), only to make it look worse. The owner asked me what kind of furniture it was & I asked what difference does it make if you damaged it? This bed has survived 3 moves with no damage, as you will see before picture taken 1 week before the move, the first pic added, when I dismantled it.

Tim and his associates run a super professional moving business, cannot recommend enough. Pros: - Perfectly timely - Great communication, very transparent - Come prepared with everything they need to take great care of your stuff - Very fair pricing compared to competitors Cons: - I no longer have anything left for them to move! Absolutely recommending this business to friends who are moving in the future

Booked 6 weeks in advance. The week before my move I got a text "please give ma call at your earliest conv. - I'm moving out of state on day of your move -any wiggle rm. On day of move-couple days earlier or later..." As a remedy, Tim offered to have his driver's roommate help out. Sketchy business man, sleazy, won't return the deposit despite it being his own poor planning an indeptitiude leading to me scheduling with alternative movers who could guarantee not only the day, but that they'd be using their own employees, not their employee's friends. Tim is sketchy dude, don't book with this guy.
