If I could give this company 0 stars, I would - mainly because I don't know what their service is like - because they NEVER showed up! My move was scheduled and confirmed twice in the week preceding the move, but on the morning of the move, they were no where to be seen. I called and left 2 voicemails, in addition to 2 emails, over the course of 1.5 hours - but my messages were NEVER RETURNED. This is probably the least professional company I have ever had the displeasure of "working" with - and it's a shame, because it's a family owned business. My one recommendation: If you even THINK about working with Problem "Solvers" Moving -- DON'T. Believe me - they don't even care if they screw you over the day of your move.

I wish I could give this company a ZERO. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL and HORRIBLE company I have ever experienced. Having set up a date to move, come moving day they NEVER SHOWED and we were never able to get ahold of them. After calling numerous times for 2 hours we still never heard and had to go to uhaul to rent a truck. It got to the point where the calls started going straight to voicemail like they were ignoring us on purpose. Moving day is a big deal, you plan your day/weekend around it. People depend on you to show up and do your job. I am utterly disgusted with these people and can't believe they call themselves a business or "professional" as they are far from it. Thank god we never paid them. Do yourself a favor and pay extra to hire true professionals!

Justin and his dad moved my family on saturday Oct.4 2014 the whole experience was negative. First of all they were over a hour and a half late then because they did no want to carry my sofa up a flight of stairs they said it would not fit ao they left my sofa outside. Needless to say we did get the sofa in the house and they just wanted us to get feeding them money. Please select another moving company dont be fooled by them they are very unprofessional and I will never give them any of my business ever again.

They didn't show up for my friends this morning and are not answering the phone. I'm posting on their behalf because they are too busy right now finding a new mover. Do not use this company as they seem to frequently just not show up. What kind of a moving company is that? Horrible!

Had no problem with them. They were on time and packed and delivered my items to my storage unit . I even referred them to my gf and they did a great job and she was pleased with them .
