Let me be honest here. I work for a direct competitor as a Lead Systems Furniture Tech and have been for almost 10 years now. I can't speak about an install or great customer service experience, never having been a customer. What I will tell you is that this company is run/owned by one of the most honest, knowledgeable, professional and hard working in the industry!
