If i could score a dot from one star, this would indicate the customer service I received today from Vanessa. She really was not professional nor did she provide customer service. She refused to transfer me and my line was (disconnected, more like hung up on). She was rude. Sad to say this must explain why my order which was placed several weeks ago has not even moved since they received it. I understand the holidays and all, but one of my orders was the longest and was planned to take ten to fourteen days arrived within 4 days. This order was suppose to take 2 to 3 days. I even did not mind adding an additional 2 or 3 days. Sad to say it has been the longest and all 8 of my orders came except this one! I am trying to get my order and every time I check with UPS they have confirmed it is sitting and stuck in some warehouse in California. They are correct. I tracked it myself. My son is still waiting on his Christmas present that should have already arrived. I am not able to even hear from a manager or person in charge. Clearly, there is no one or the people who are in charge, need not be. I am very upset and disappointed. Do not do business with these people. At this point, I want to cancel my order since I won't be receiving it after all it seems. Boo to you all there at Pro-Com in Cali!
