If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT waste your money on this company. I bought a car from AutoHaus BMW and they recommended this delivery company. When my car was delivered there was dust and watermarks so I was unable to give a thorough inspection prior to singing off. I drove the car from the drop off location to my house and kept it in the garage. When I rinsed the car off and finally pulled it out of the garage there were scratches all on the hood of the car. I reached out to PTS and the dealership I bought the car from. Neither companies were interested in helping. The dealership had said the delivery driver signed off saying there were no damages upon pick up on my BRAND NEW 2025 BMW, which means the damage was done in transit. When I reached out to PTS they were beyond rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional in their response. They offered absolutely no solution and wiped their hands completely clean from the damage they caused to my new vehicle. I had to come out of pocket to get the hood of my car repainted and fixed due to the damage that was done by THIS company. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Been a few years, but these guys have always had my back. Worked with them for almost a decade, they shipped vehicles for customers of mine all over the country including my Jeep from Texas. Great people, great service, and always quality. Love these guys!

BEST TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IN THE U.S. VERY RESPONSIVE, GOOD COMPETITIVE RATES, AND ARE STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH YOU, NO B.S. THEY TELL YOU HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET YOUR CAR MOVED (WORST CASE) AND NEVER HAS IT EVER TAKEN THAT LONG FOR THEM TO MOVE MINE & MY FAMILY'S VEHICLES. THEY GO ABOVE & BEYOND FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, EVEN CAME IN ON THEIR DAY OFF TO MEET TO DROP OUR CAR OFF TO BE TRANSPORTED THAT WEEK. THATS WHY THEY HAVE SO MANY LOYAL CUSTOMERS THAT COME BACK YEAR AFTER YEAR. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. 5 OUT OF 5 FOR SURE!

They charge drivers for 100$ per day for delays. Doesn't matter it was snow storm or something else. This is not fair.
