These people are disrespectful towards drivers time and money and do not care for compensating on any sort of issue. We did a load from PA to NJ that picked at 9PM at night, got loaded and our shipper told us we have to go to Brooklyn NY not NJ. Broker never answered so we did what we were told went to Brooklyn, Brooklyn said no you got to go to NJ so we did that as well. Did an extra 100 miles and spent a few hundred on bridges we didnt need to pass just to be told by Pro you should have followed the rate con and compensated $0. Never provided us with an after hours # even though they admitted this shipper gives them issues like this often. Extremely rude and I recommend anyone avoid, any issues arise they will not pay you a 1$! Likely keep it for themselves probably

Please do not work with this broker. Read the other reviews. I had the same scenario with them not paying. They do not have after hours employees, they shutdown at 11pm so if you have any issue like I did at 12am your on your own.

60 days after load delivery & still not paid !! over paperwork they approved & then they requested more paperwork to buy more time to not pay !! So now Kim said I have to wait another 30 days to receive a payment from them ! Shady company will not recommend any carrier to work with them everyone be highly aware of late/non payments ..

We have a long history of working with Pro! Well over a decade plus ++. Frank ( although some may call him cheap) he has always helped us on a load whenever we needed it. He even goes above and beyond to help out his co-workers as a team should. We do make mistakes, but we always try and make them right. We had a billing issue that we needed to clear up. Thanks for helping us Frank & Chris!
