I don't know what kind of people they hire to drive their trucks but it sure isn't professional individuals. Looks like other reviews have had a similar experience. I was driving when one of their drivers tried to cut me off and when I moved so he could pass he felt it necessary to cut across three lanes, drive around me and flip me off out of his window with my family in the car. Nice employees you have driving your trucks with your company information plastered on the side. I didn't get a great shot but the Lic number is 3022231 - UDT 1297747, mc 502865, VIN JN996247, truck number 801. This happened at 11/10/2019 at 10:29 AM. Educate your employees. I sure as heck would fire one of my staff for this. Clearly the company doesnt care what people say.

They have a manager that if you forget to say good morning or good afternoon after she says it to you, she goes ballistic on you and she's the vice president's sister. They lie to you about bonuses and don't even mention the 20.00 an hour you'll get if you make less than 10 hours a day. They advertise that you will get 35.00 dollars an hour. If you make less than 50 hours a week then you'll get 20.00 dollars an hour. They explain this to you after you get a plane ride there. They try to say you get all these bonuses but it's just them underpaying you the actual money set aside from what percentage GM pays them. They are also ridiculous. They allow certain people to get their cars stolen, many cars and they still work there. But if you're not someone who goes out of their way to put them on a pedestal and if you take a little more time than normal to get your height down then you get fired. Everyone knows to put the keys away or take them with you. You have people that have done way more mistakes that still work there. The funny thing is I always asked my 3 supervisors how I was doing and they always said keep doing what you are doing. You're doing fine. Except for the last supervisor. He said you should be doing 700 miles a day but every driver I spoke to said if you do that then you'll probably get violated. This is the pay scale for the GM account for ProFleet, 20/35/44 an hour for the nine car hauler and for the same GM account at United Road, you'll get 36/40/46 an hour. Yes, Proficient Auto Transport is shorting you drivers that much. Give United Road a call if you want to make more money. Plus the Insurance at United Road is better and 2/3rds cheaper.

This is an amazing company, everyone is very professional except the accounting department.. It’s as if they’re running the department out of a back room in someone’s house… I’m a carrier, they expect cars to be picked up and delivered on the dates agreed upon but the accounting department chooses to payout only on Tuesday and Thursday…. Now if that was advertised before hand I would have no issues, but why charge a 5 day processing fee and still not pay the carrier in 5 days? A leader with some professionalism about their job and understanding of the urgency of paying a company that has employees should be in that position, not someone who runs the department as they own the entire company, don’t honor contracts, and wants customers to just accept pay whenever it’s convenient for the accounting department or person running the department… I hauled for this company before and never had an issue but as of now, I experienced 2 different situations where I almost had to beg for payment on time which is ridiculous and very unprofessional…. If a person is expected to perform a task on time and in the time period agreed upon, they should have to beg to be paid. SIMPLE

The professionals are amazing. We hired them to ship some collector cars and they did it perfectly. The cars were safely dropped and at the right time. The driver called us up and confirmed all the details about the delivery. I found them very reliable and worth every penny.

I have been using their services for the past 2 months on a regular basis and I must admit, they outperformed my expectations, Excellent service with safe, secure and on-time delivery.
