My move was from Kyle Texas to Midlothian Texas. The move started at 7:30 the morning of May 28th. The move ended at 9:30 p.m. May 28th. It took them 7 hours to drive from Kyle to Midlothian which is left me sitting at the storage facility for 4 hours. When they arrived at 7:45 p.m. I reminded them that the gates are locked at 9:00 p.m. so my things were just thrown in the storage room not stacked several shelving units were available but we're not utilized. This made a gridlock in my storage room. The only reason I hired movers was because I have a broken back everybody knew I had a broken back I have since had to do many many things that I shouldn't be doing just to try to find my stuff. There were two small coolers sitting next to a recliner that was not going I told both of them movers do not touch this it will go in the car. After the truck left I went and had a walk through in my room in the insulin was gone. The coolers had my insulin in it at least $1,000 worth of insulin. When the truck finally got there that night so first thing I told him was y'all have my insulin You've got to be looking for my insulin. They did not you got packed away in storage and $1,000 worth of insulin ruined. It took the manager of Kyle progressive 2 weeks to give me a receipt after paying cash. It's been a month now and I called him again and said it was my fault. I said I told them not to touch it he still maintains its my fault. It is taking me 4 weeks to get to my insulin. I had to make a path through the storage unit just to find my insulin. They also packed my moving dolly at the very back of the unit. Common sense tells you it needs to be the last thing in the room. I spoke to the manager today he finally answered the phone, and he proceeded to tell me that was my fault. I still would like to know why it took 7 hours to drive a 3-hour drive. I paid an extra $400 to have my personal items packed. They did not wrap glass items they just put glass on top of glass. I have a wall full of collectibles and many of them are now chipped. They were in mint condition I'm not even asking for damages on that which I should. I have three pieces of Eastlake furniture that was due to go to auction in Dallas. Two pieces are now flawed they weren't even covered with a blanket in the truck. Every time I went to George who was doing the packing and asked him to be extremely careful about things I was always rushed out of the room and told we know what we're doing. I'm sorry George but that was just a lie. Do not use these people because if you have problems they won't answer your phone calls they won't reply to your text. I have already contacted better Business bureau. Please don't use these people

I have now moved twice with this company and have had a wonderful experience both times. Luis is AWESOME! Seriously the best dude, he was present for both of my moves and always makes me feel super comfortable. Moving as a single person in a new state is scary but he made everything a breeze. He and his partner move super quickly and don’t attempt to buy time. Thanks Luis!! You’re the best.

The movers were quick and careful. All our furniture made its way to the new home over 100 miles away, all with no scratches or dents in the furniture and no damage to the walls in the house. Only removed one star as they were a few hours late to initial location. If you have the time to wait (in case they are late), the value is absolutely there. Great price compared to others.

This company came highly recommended by a friend that’s like a brother to me. I called spoke to Jimmy Wright, he gave me an appointment time for 7/10 arrival time between 10-11. I called and requested to receive a text message when the guys were 20 minutes away. At that time he said they may be running a little late. Now to me a little later is 15-30 minutes even an hour for movers. There is nothing little about 3 hours late. We received no apology nor were we told we would be compensated for the tardiness. This move took up our whole day, we were not able to do anything else. We have moved twice in the past 8 years with the same stuff and it has never taken 6.25 hours. We have always been moved for 4-5 hours at the most. Boxes, living room, bedroom, refrigerator, dining table with 4 chairs and a bench and a deep freezer. New tv still in the box and a console. We moved from a two story to a one story. They loaded the boxes in 12 minutes so I thought things would rock and roll after that. Unloading always takes less time than unloading but not with this company. I will say the two guys were nice and polite but they never apologized for the three hour tardiness. Didn’t offer any compensation. No, I will not recommend this company because Jimmy Wright is not a man of his word. I’m writing this review on 7/16 because I have not had a phone call nor have I received the compensation that I was told I would receive.
