Mario and his crew went about their work efficiently and with special care for every piece, padding, wrapping, and individually caring it out to the truck. Arriving at our new home, they reversed the process just as efficiently. Even when delayed by a rain shower, nothing was hurried afterwards. Mario and his crew are the most courteous, competent team of movers you could ever want to move your possessions.

I was very pleased with the help that Pro Help Movers provided me with when I did a local household move approximately twelve miles to Orangeburg South Carolina! I hired a crew of three, all young and fit men, who sweated, strained, and worked very hard and non-stop except for a well deserved lunch break! These three men were and are PHENOMENAL! First there is Mario, the crew leader who gladly worked just as hard and as long as as the rest of his crew, and then there’s Artise and Logan, also very hard workers who kept up with the grueling pace. These three also exhibited excellent manners, always polite and friendly, no undue foul language and bad manners like standing around and checking out their cell phones when they should be working. Take note everyone, THIS IS HOW A PROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY SHOULD OPERATE! I have dealt with lousy and very unprofessional movers in the past, and as a result I approached this company with a lot of skepticism intact. However, PRO HELP MOVERS has restored my faith that good and solid moving companies CAN AND DO still exist in today’s uncertain world. Lastly, my final billing statement was quite clear to understand and the billing was quite reasonable, in fact almost exactly what I expected. No ugly last minute shakedowns or surprises. Once again, another sign of a fine and honest well run business! Note to Pro Help Movers, these three guys highly deserve to receive top pay for their jobs and for how well they do them! I hope this review wasn’t too long for some of you, but I feel very strongly about my support for this company, and it pretty much goes without mentioning that yes, I will seek out their services again if the need should occur. We used ProHelp for a move that downsized us from a 2468 sf home to a 1480 sf condo; from 8 rooms to 4. We were first impressed that Morgan answered the phone so early and that Brandon came out within hours to do a review and provide an estimate. All interactions with Morgan and Brandon were excellent. (At this point, I would suggest waiting until the actual amount to be moved is in the home. Brandon saw it full and we had about 1/3 of our furniture and belongings given away before the move.) We were looking for a full pack and move, and we also packed many items ourselves, but that certainly left a lot as we had lived in the home for 38 years. We did call to offer management an opportunity to come to our home to review what would now be moved and were told charges would be by the hour so it was okay. Moving days were 1st packing; 2nd moving; one day hold for closing and finally a day to unload and unpack. 5 very efficient movers came the first two days, although we no longer needed two full-sized trucks as provided. We mistakenly agreed to a Friday afternoon closing so (as it turned out) unloading had to be on Saturday. I would also caution on Friday closings if you can't get a morning time. On Saturday, only 3 men came to unload what it had taken 5 men to load over a 2 day period. These were some of the hardest workers we have encountered, but it was impossible to get it all done in one day, which added a day (and charges) to our move. This was the only disappointing aspect of our move. My only suggestions would be a little better planning. All in all, we had a great move by a professionally run company who cared about out belongings. We have almost unpacked, and although we can't find a couple of things (still going through boxes), our items arrived intact and without injury! Every piece of china, crystal and special items were wrapped with care and arrived in perfect condition. We have never experienced this excellence in several moves over our 54 year marriage. I would absolutely recommend this company.
