Excellent company! After I was one of the victims from a scam company (All Paws Express) and had a horrible experience it was very scary deciding in which company I could trust with my pet. You can definitely trust Transcontinental Pet Movers. Tim and Michael are amazing. They helped me out and made possible the transportation in short notice. They were as transparent as it gets and communicated clearly, which helped with the stress of moving my dog. They kept me up to date with every step and send me pictures of my boy Lennon as I couldn't be with him when taken to the airline. They treated him like family and made possible for us to be reunited. I can't thank them enough!

I could not recommend Cordelia and her team more. They know this business and all its nuances. We had a paperwork issue in that my baby Bear would not be able to get on the plane with me, I was upset, crying and worried out of my mind as we were moving from the USA to Ireland and we had to get on the plane. We missed the deadline to submit 1 page of the paperwork. After Cordelia calmed me down she drove straight to my vet got the original needed drove back to SFO and GOT MY BABY ON THE PLANE WITH ME. She is super woman and understands her business, and the precious cargo they organize for their customers. If you need to freight an animal THID is the ONLY company to call

If you need prompt support and advice on transferring your pet internationally, Tim would be the go to person! Tim helped with the transfer of my dog from US to Singapore. Due to complications, we did experience unplanned events. However, throughout the process, Tim was supportive and able to provide sound advice which is a relief to the already stressed situation. Communication was prompt and timely which definitely helped! Picture of my baby arriving safely at destination! Thank you Tim!

We had a great experience - everything we had to do was clearly explained, and everything else was taken care of by Timothy and his team. Timothy is meticulous over the details which really helped me feel like I didn’t have to worry about anything (especially because the UK is quite finicky over vaccination records). Our cat was picked up from our house in San Francisco and safely delivered to London Heathrow. We received lots of pictures along the way when possible, and we felt she was in safe hands the whole time. Truly as stress free as it could have been. Can’t recommend Transcontinental Pet Movers enough!

Moving is stressful, but getting your dog to another country is a whole new level of stress and I am so happy we trusted Transcontinental Pet Movers with this overwhelming task.
