The best thing about this place is their staff. Tim goes out of his way to make sure you have the information you need and makes you feel like a valued customer. And you know he takes pride in his job because he proudly displays his award of excellence on the front counter. The entire staff keep the facility clean and all in working order. The lobby is neat and tidy and the restroom is clean. The major downfall is the elevator access and getting it to work as it should. Its annoying to not be able to just push the button and get to your unit. It all has to happen way to fast and if you.re not pushing buttons fast enough the elevator will not work correctly. Its always giving warning noises and doesn.t accommdate any time lag. They have large flat bed dollys for moving lots of boxes at once. Very useful.

Tammy, one of the service agents at the Public Storage site in San Jose (Lenfest road) did a fantastic job. Managed to get my a terrific deal and very much tailored things to my need. Super satisfied. If you want great service just reach out to her. She made a difference and Public Storage is lucky to have her.

Great place and Excellent Staff. Awesome experience working with Gabrielle and Jean. Please go to them and they will take care of you. It’s a good location with the temperature controlled units (there are two buildings and one of them has the temperature controlled ones). Again, go and speak to Gabrielle and Jean. Huge shoutout to both :)

I have been using this storage facility for a while. I like the facility. My only problem is that the price goes up regularly. I recently downscaled to a smaller box to save $$ after the last raise. During the move I found this lady, Jean,who works there very helpful and reliable. I wanted to mention her in my review. All on all, I like this facility,, especially that it has A/C, good for storing temperature sensitive stuff.

Five stars for Gabrielle who helped me yesterday! She was very nice and took me inside to show me the unit because she thought I might not like the narrow door. She was right, so I ended up with a space in their other building around the block. Thanks for your great service!
