I did some calling around for moving/storage companies near SFO and was lazy about checking any reviews. For once I got lucky. When you work with Puma Moving you are dealing with REAL people. REAL people that will give you a fair price for quality work and great customer service! They understand the business of being on time and helping customers and the price was right. I used Puma for moving and they are currently storing my household items. Very personable people who go out of their way to help. Very smooth dealings here!

From start to finish, the entire team at Puma was amazing. Zena is so responsive and provided excellent service and coordination. Khyll and Brentley, my movers, did an AMAZING job. Wonderful experience with Puma Moving. I needed to schedule a move with less than a week's notice. There were about 8 local companies that could accommodate me. Puma came in the cheapest, and their office manager had excellent communication, giving me an arrival window, very clear breakdown of range of cost. Their hourly rate was very low, and you can get a discount if you pay cash. My movers were Khyll and Brentley. They were awesome! They came on time, and took excellent care with my furniture, wrapping it carefully, and taking great care not to scratch the floors. Even with this great attention to detail, they moved very fast and completed my move in record time! They were both very friendly and professional.

I was in need of last-minute freight and warehousing services in San Francisco, and luckily found Puma Moving Company to partner with. They were super helpful and friendly. The office worked quickly to address my need to get 2 complicated truckload deliveries made at a customer's jobsite, and made sure the last-mile service was excellent with a knowledgeable, professional, and flexible crew. I would certainly recommend the Puma Moving team for any job. They would probably appreciate at least a little bit more of a heads up than I was able to give them.
