The team was punctual, arriving exactly as scheduled, and they took the utmost care in handling all of my belongings, from furniture to fragile items. The crew was extremely efficient, yet careful, ensuring that everything was securely packed and protected. Upon arrival in Florida, everything was unloaded with the same level of care, and nothing was damaged, which is rare for such a long-distance move. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the movers were friendly, respectful, and hard-working. Puma Van Lines made what could have been a stressful experience seamless and stress-free. Their pricing was transparent, with no hidden fees, and the service was worth every penny. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional moving company that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Puma Van Lines. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future moves!

Puma Van Lines was amazing! These guys really work hard. They packed up my home and delivered my things in less than a week. I was working with one of their sales representatives, Daniel. I have to say he was true to his word through and through. I was very happy to receive my belongings in less time than what I was originally quoted. They made it from Fort Worth to Los Angeles in 5 days, made my life easier not to have to sleep on a blow up mattress. I had no damage to any of my stuff and they moved a full three bedroom with the storage in my garage. I was a little worried at first because I was reading a few of these reviews online, but after Daniel assured me that he had discussed all possible charges with me and that the price would not go up for any reason, I decided to go ahead and move with Puma. I really appreciate the honesty and the integrity of these guys and that’s why I decided to tip them each $150 when they delivered my stuff. I can’t thank you guys enough and I would recommend everybody to use these guys if you want to smooth move.

We used this company to move my mother in law from TX to CA back in December and it went very well, so I recommended them to my daughter who was moving from TX to MI in March. That move was a complete disaster. She specifically mentioned that she was moving to a second floor apartment. When the truck finally arrived, we saw that the wall, holding up the boxes had shifted and lots of boxes had fallen and crushed the bottom boxes. That was the first red flag. Secondly, why they would send only one man to unload all the boxes and other things is beyond my comprehension. He stated that he was told that it was a house and only one level, which was false. We were told that the bed and anything else that had to be set up would be done. It wasn't. He took the boxes up the stairs, stacked them along with everything else and left. Luckily my son in law was home because there were a couple of heavy items, including an exercise bike that is a two man job so he helped the lone mover. Besides there being some broken items in the crushed boxes, their bed frame was completely cracked on both sides and had to be trashed. The movers never wrapped them. Puma Van lines charged $4,000 for this move and it was a waste of money. My daughter filled out a claim form online and all they refunded was $42. Idk what they think that is covering. It's ridiculous and they should be shut down. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone ever again. If I can give them less than one star, I would. Spread the word and if you are planning to move long distance, avoid Puma Van Lines.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 FYI...they offered me $300 to remove this post and write up a positive review

I highly recommend these guys for long-distance moving. Thank you Daniel and Gus! I appreciate you guys! I was very pleased to have such a positive experience with a moving company. I’ve had to move me and my family five times in the past four years and I will tell you by far that this has been the best experience out of all of them. Daniel was very detailed and professional, he went above and beyond for us (sorry for remaking my list a million times). We moved about a week ago and we received our stuff yesterday. I had a few extra televisions that Gus actually packed for me for free (your the man!). When we move again I will most definitely be reaching back out to these guys, they have earned our family’s business for sure.
