I shipped a Toyota Camry to Lancaster TX for only $475. Comparing all other shipping company this price was the most reasonable price. Service was excellent and corresponding with Mike and Driver was excellent. Immediately I completed the booking a driver called me to inform me he is on his way to pickup the Toyota Camry in the next 30 min. I just could not believe how smooth the whole process of shipping and the excellent service I received. I was only charged $75 on my credit card. After the car was delivered the remaining $400 was paid to the driver. I recommend Q Auto Transport for shipping any car at anytime. Keep up the good work Mike and thanks for your service. Xoese

Rick Mora is friendly & professional and responds fast! They picked up my vehicle on the same day booked and delivered the next morning. The driver was very professional, kind and respectful and kept us posted on where he was and when he would arrive at both locations. I had 10+ quotes and Q Auto Transport beat them all! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please DO NOT get involved with them. They were to pick up my car May 11. Not only did nothing happen but they did not attempt to contacted me. When I called them, they hung up on me. They signed a bogus contract with me, and completely screwed me; resulting in me having to find another carrier, at the last minute, for a much higher rate. I reached out to Kim Lemuel on April 30 expressing "concern" he he responded " Thanks for your email. You don't have to worry, everything is in place here to pick up your BMW on May 11th. We still have lots of time. Drivers usually accept the load days before pick up. Will keep you posted.” Bottom line, based on my experience, Q Auto are liars and thieves, sign bogus contracts that they never intend to honor, and they have very poor customer service. That about sums it up. David
