KB Towing - Very helpful phone agent. They got me connected to the driver to work out a last minute change to my towing location. The driver, Kalik, accommodated my last minute location change and provided detailed photos of my delivered vehicle. Great follow up service as well, by providing me with information on where to leave a review. Great work all around.

After flying home to Sacramento and arriving at the airport late in the evening, I found that I left my door cracked and my battery was dead. The key fob for my older Prius also wasn’t working. Dee arrived in a timely manner, cheerful and ready to help. Even though I was tired and frustrated with the situation, he was patient and kind. While the call was only set up to charge my battery, he also did the lockout process necessary to get into the vehicle itself. Highly recommend Dee and the team at Q’s Towing. Thank you, Dee!!

Getting a flat tire is never fun. But it wasn’t horrible because of my Experience with Qtowing. My Service provider showed up within 30 min of me putting in my request. He had a tire on my car within 15 minutes. My technician was pleasant and professional. I was very happy with this experience.

When you are in the slow lane on a Thursday afternoon and your 2017 Subaru Forester is rear-ended on a busy I-80 freeway, you have a feeling of shock, a question of why, what was the other driver doing to hit your car and then push you into the vehicle in front of you and total your car? First, you are in shock. What and why ??? are the questions, without any answers? You call the CA Highway Patrol. They show up, take statements, and guide us off the freeway to a side street. Then Q's Towing went to the highway but was directed to us, sitting in my wrecked car. Then JJ with Q's towing shows up and has a smile and a calming voice, that we are going to be ok. He took our car and us to our friend's house and helped unload our belongings out of the car. I can't say enough about Qs Towing and how JJ took us underwing like we were family. I would recommend Q's Towing and JJ if you need a tow. DONNA MARIE LASSETTER
